Walkerswood Caribbean Foods
Walkerswood Caribbean Foods Ltd. has its origins as part of a grassroots movement to create employment in the 70’s. Several projects were initiated and what was originally a jerk seasoning agro-processing project has grown into the modern day international agricultural firm, WWCF. WWCF is unique in the sense that they are dedicated to purchasing Jamaican inputs for their products. They recently won a prestigious Gleaner Award for their work with rural farmers. The market savvy firm has significant Caribbean, North American and European sales with great potential to expand in all of these markets and eventually to add the lucrative Japanese market as well. With the construction of Walkerswood’s new factory, their production capacity will increase tenfold. This increase in production capacity leads to an obvious demand for more input www.walkerswood.com |
